Governor Ortom pledged his administration’s support to security agencies operating in the state, expressing the conviction that the court cases against the Nigerian Air Force Command by the host community would be withdrawn to pave the way for an amicable resolution of the land dispute.

Air Officer Commanding, Tactical Air Command Air Vice Marshall I.G. Lubo promised to collaborate with other sister security agencies like Operation Whirl Stroke to curb criminality in the state.

He told the Governor that he had served in Benue State for many years and at different times and was familiar with the security challenges, stressing that with the support of the state government, the Command would succeed.
