FUTO Post UTME Form 2023/2024 Out

Federal University of Owerri, FUTO Post-UTME form and screening dates for the 2023/2024 academic session are out.  FUTO Cut-off marks for Post-UTME/admission has also been released.

Candidates who chose Federal University of Technology, Owerri as First Choice University in the 2023 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) are hereby invited to apply for an aptitude test, provided such candidates scored a minimum of 160 in their UTME.

Those who did not choose FUTO as First Choice University but scored a minimum of 160 in their UTME can also apply on the condition that they visit the JAMB website for a change of Institution.

The FUTO Cut-off mark for Post-UTME is 160 and above.

Who Can Apply For FUTO Post UTME Eligibility

• UTME candidates must have scored a minimum of 160 in their UTME;
• Direct Entry candidates must be holders of OND/HND/First Degree and A’Level in relevant disciplines and subjects.
• Those who did not choose FUTO as first choice University but scored a minimum of 160 can also apply on the condition that they visit the JAMB website for a change of Institution.

How To Apply for FUTO Post-UTME Screening 2023/2024

Method of Application

1. To apply, follow the steps outlined below:
   1. Visit the University website: futo.edu.ng
   2. Click on Prospective students.
   3. Click on the link; “2023/2024 POST-UTME Application”.
   4. Enter your JAMB Registration Number to generate Payment Invoice containing the Remita Retrieval Reference Number (RRR).
   5. Proceed to any Bank with the payment invoice OR simply pay with your ATM Card.
   6. Return to the Application page and enter your JAMB Registration number again.
   7. Proceed with the completion of the form.
   8. Correctly enter your O’Level results.
   9. Confirm your entries.
   10. Submit your application.
   11. Print out your acknowledgement slip.
   12. Await further communication from the University.

2. How much is the form? Eligible candidates would be required to pay a processing fee of Two Thousand Naira (N2,000.00).

FUTO Post UTME

NOTE:

1. You must enter a valid mobile number and e-mail address for further communications.

2. You must upload your O’Level results on JAMB PORTAL on/before September, 30th, 2023.

3. Those who fail to register within the period WILL NOT be qualified for the Exercise.

4. Any candidate who fails to successfully submit his application online would automatically lose his/her chance of being considered for admission.

FOR DIRECT ENTRY CANDIDATES: In addition to 1-4 above;

5. Kindly ensure that your academic transcript reaches the Registrar, Federal University of Technology, Owerri on/before  September 30th, 2023.

6. Any candidate who fails to submit his/her academic transcript would not be considered for Admission.

Application Closing Date 2023/2024

Application commences on 1st, September, 2023 and closes on 30th September, 2023.
