Ahead of the 2023 Sallah celebration, the Katsina State Government has declared a one week holiday for primary and secondary school students. The acting Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Education, Alhaji Ya’u Jibrin made the announcement in a statement on Sunday. He further explained that the break was to enable the students to enjoy the 2023 Eid-el Kabir Muslim festival with their families from Monday, June 26 to July 3rd, NAN reports.
