Former aide to ex-president Goodluck Jonathan, Pastor Reno Omokri has claimed that the Labour Party Presidential candidate and former Anambra State Governor, Peter Obi lags far behind in experience when compared to other candidates.
Omokri said the presidential candidates of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar and the New Nigerian People’s Party (NNPP), Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso are more competent than Obi.
He also said in terms of education, from the available records, Obi is far behind Atiku, Tinubu and Kwankwaso.
Omokri, Saturday stated this on his verified Facebook page.
He said, “If, as Obidients have been saying, that this election is about competence, then you are exposing yourselves if you go ahead to vote a man whose highest educational qualification is a second class lower degree in Philosophy over a PhD in Water Engineering and Masters with distinction in International Relations.
“Let us face facts. In terms of business, Obi is behind Waziri Atiku. In terms of experience, he is behind Atiku, Tinubu and Kwankwaso. In terms of education, he is still behind Atiku, Tinubu and Kwankwaso. The only area he supersedes them is in the Pandora Papers corruption!
“Atiku is a businessman who was a Vice President, and chairman of the National Economic Council. Tinubu was a Governor and kingmaker. Kwankwaso was a Governor and minister. Obi lags far behind in experience!
“So again, by what parameter and what yardstick is Obi better than Atiku, Tinubu and Kwankwaso, other than surrounding himself with IPOB agents who use cyber bullying, insults, threats and blackmail. I would have left Obi a long time ago. It is those IPOB blackmailers that made me vow that between now and February 25, 2023, I will expose Obi. God helping me, I do not fight and retreat. When (not if) Obi loses, he knows who to blame”.
