The Governor of Adamawa State and visitor to Adamawa State University (ADSU), Governor Ahmadu Fintiri, has given the Governing Council approval for Convocation to be held from 2nd to 4th April, 2020. Since the university was established in 2002 by the Boni Haruna administration, following the return to democratic rule in 1999, ADSU has held only one convocation for its graduating students and that was in 2008.
