The Federal University of Technology Owerri has established a Cisco Academy on campus to train high-level skilled manpower for the ICT-based Industries through a University-Industry-based collaboration. Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the above-stated programme for 2019/2020 Session. The programme will provide opportunities for undergraduates or candidates who have a first degree or post-graduate degree to acquire hands-on practical industry skills in computer networking, security, embedded system programming, etc. Additionally, science and engineering students who are due for short duration industrial training will also find this programme very useful.
